At Meat Crave, we prioritize delivering high-quality meat products and beverages. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we follow a strict no-return policy. Please read the details below carefully.

1. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns on any of our products, including raw meat, frozen items, and beverages. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund (at our discretion).

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in special cases, such as:
